More fans and audiences will have access to our original programming, enhancing The Walt Disney Company’s recognition and growth. Subsequently, advertisers will have a larger outreach and our creative teams will have a wide-ranging platform to tell their stories.

In the last 14 years, Hulu has pioneered how customers receive their streaming content and has laid a foundation for dynamic collaboration with Disney to learn about the possibilities and benefits of ad-tier
subscriptions.
The new ad-supported offering and expansion to other countries are part of our initiative to reach 260 million Disney+ subscribers by 2024.
